Angela's Kitchen

Finally found a place I'm certain guests will enjoy. Went twice and will always choose Angela's Kitchen as my place of certainty for excellent food, interesting menu, good prices, fantastic attentive service, with outside eating providing a pleasant atmosphere. If you have not tried Angela's Kitchen and find frustration with the options in Surprise, AZ; I assure you Angela's Kitchen will cure your frustration and you also will be confident to bring your guests.

Our server was amazing, she made the whole visit worth it! She carried just the right amount of conversation, was she was funny and was very intentive! We enjoyed our Easter Dinner a lot.

Wonderful atmosphere with lake and golf course views. I had the Classic Burger with German potato salad on the side. It was delicious. They supply you with ketchup mustard and even a little mayo to put on if you want (which I normally would) but it was so delicious and perfectly cooked that didn't need to add anything to it. There's a secret sauce they put on there that is just right. I'll be back! :-)

We had a 75th birthday party for my father on the patio. Everything was set up beautifully when we arrived and went exactly as planned. The staff and management were so attentive. The food was awesome!! We have been to Angela's many times for lunch and dinner and it is always good, but this experience far exceeded my expectations!! Thank you for helping create a very special memory for all of us!

Arrived for early dinner on a Tuesday night. Seated promptly. Waitress immediately came to take our drink orders. We were not yet ready to order, she told us to put the menus together at one end of the table when we are ready and that way she would know when to come back. This worked out perfectly. I ordered the fried fish and my husband ordered the steak. I had also ordered a side salad, which I received immediately. On a sidenote, our server noticed my interest in a different type of salad dressing when our other dinner guest had ordered a salad. She took it upon herself to bring me a side of that salad dressing plus the salad dressing that I had ordered. She is very observant. We received our entrees shortly after we finished our salad. I must say I am very very impressed on the size of the service that this restaurant delivers. My husband’s steak was humongous and he could not finish it in one sitting. ( one complaint: baked potato was not quite cooked. It was hard. He didn’t eat it at all) Thank goodness because it was huge. I ordered the fried fish and asked for it to be extra crispy. It was perfection. To my surprise even the french fries were hot.. Although we live in a community with a golf, course and restaurant, I will definitely be returning here. Our restaurant does not compare to this one. Please forgive me for not remembering the name of our server, tall lady very kind and gives you candy with your bill.

Amazing food, staff and a beautiful location to sit outside and enjoy the views of the lake. Sheridan is the manager and she is simply an angel. The whole staff is so kind and on point.

Angela's kitchen has tasty food with beautiful views. Since it was in the 80s this weekend, we decided to eat on the patio to enjoy the outdoors and lovely golf course views. We ordered French Onion Soup as an appetizer and unfortunately it came out with with our meals. Thank goodness it came out with the meal because the meatloaf was slightly over seasoned with tarragon and my friend didn't care for that seasoning so at least he enjoyed the soup. (I have enjoyed the meatloaf in the past). My mom ordered the Beef Stroganoff and truly enjoyed the meat, noodles and sauce. I ordered the Shrimp Oreganata which was served mushroom rissoto and vegetables. Very tasty!

They had excellent service. We were seated right away. I didn't expect the service to be so good because it was very crowded. We ordered fish and chips, and it came with coleslaw. The cod was battered and were good size pieces (2). The generous portion of fries were seasoned, I like plain fries better. The coleslaw was a little bland. The view of the golf course from the table was really nice!! They also have a bar.
